Follow these five steps to sign up for our Subscription program:
Step 1: Click through to our 'Shop' page and select 'Hair Growth'.
Step 2: As an existing client, click on the link titled ‘Click here’. Enter the email associated with your Hårklinikken account.
Step 3: Select either the 'Conditioning Method' or 'Cleansing Method', 'Conditioning Method' will include our Daily Conditioner along with your choice of cleansing shampoo, and your 2 Extracts every 8 weeks. The 'Cleansing Method' will be your choice of cleansing shampoo, and your Extracts every 8 weeks.
Step 4: From the ‘Select your shampoo’ drop down menu, select either Balancing Shampoo or Stabilizing Shampoo to add to your subscription.
Step 5: Complete your purchase and look forward to receiving your Hårklinikken method products at a 15% discount.

Here, you can manage your addresses, payment options, and skipping or rescheduling a shipment.

Subscriptions are set to ship at 2 month intervals, but should you need to skip, or reschedule you order you may do so by logging into your account on the upper-right handcorner of our webpage and selecting "Subscription".
To skip a shipment, please log into your account on the upper right-hand corner of our web page and select Subscription options. Under "Next Estimated Delivery Date" for each product, click "Skip", your account will not be charged, and the products will not be sent out until the following month. Please note that you can only cancel your subscription after your third delivery.

You will receive 15% off all Hårklinikken methods you purchase through Subscription. This applies to your first and future shipments.
Your delivery depends on your selected shipping frequency and initial purchase date. For example, if you placed your first order on April 12th and chose a delivery frequency of two months, your next order will be sent on June 12th, then August 12th, and so on.
You will receive an e-mail seven days before any product is shipped out, allowing time for you to change the shipping frequency, skip a month or cancel. You can typically expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
